This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
**Please note this home can accomodate 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, the other 2 beds are sofa beds/futons located in the living area.
2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.
