This couldn't be a better, walkable location to the beach, pier and harbor on Balboa Island. Parking can be challenging, but you just need to plan for that. Overall, it was spacious and clean for a studio. Finishes are not high end and no kitchen, but definitely more comfortable than a hotel room.

The property was as advertised. Excellent location!!! Beach chairs / towels would have been a great addition. Overall no complaints.

This efficiency was just the right size for two adults. We enjoyed the patio/balcony most of all. The bed was also very comfortable. We were in walking distance of the pier with loads of restaurants and the ferry. Our only issue was the parking. We arrived Sunday evening and searched quite a while for a "no parking Wednesday" parking spot. All/most of the places near the condo were "no parking Mondays". We will know for next time, but more information on where to park would be great! Also, a small two person table in the unit would be nice. There were a couple of meals where the weather was not great to eat outside.

A smallish cool place in a location that's quiet and near the beach. Parking is pretty easy. A good donut shop and excellent Mexican food are just a few minutes walk away. This isn't anything fancy, it's just an apartment over a garage, but if you want a simple place to chill and have a pleasant stay, this will meet your needs. The check-in instructions could be more clear (your room is at the top of the stairs _on the left_, and the key is not where they say it is). The contact information the management company has in its emails appears to be completely outdated. But the host who lives in the neighborhood, Branigan, is cool and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
