The living room has plenty of seating and a smart TV, while the dining table for eight and full kitchen make it easy to serve pancakes before the beach, pack snacks for the sand, or cook a relaxed dinner at home.
The four bedrooms are ready for quiet nights after full days in the sun, with TVs in each room so everyone can unwind their own way. Two full bathrooms, in-home laundry, a full sleeper sofa, stocked guest amenities, and bikes for cruising the Peninsula help keep the stay smooth from arrival to checkout.

**Please note:** This is a duplex home. AvantStay guests have full private access to the upper floor, rooftop patio, and balcony only. The lower-level patio and its furnishings are exclusively for the downstairs tenants—these are not to be used or moved. Guests will enter via a designated stairway; signage will guide you to the correct door.

Home Truths:
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed at this property at a fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Trash is collected on Monday mornings; bins may block cars from Sunday night through Monday evening (5:30 pm).
- Please note: The laundry room is shared with the downstairs tenant.
- The laundry room should not be left unattended and unlocked. Please ensure it is locked at all times, even while loads are running.
- The building has two floors. This unit is on the upstairs floor; the downstairs is occupied by another tenant.
- The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay.
Parking Details:
- Guests may park in any spaces except the two spots closest to the garbage bins (furthest from the ocean), which are reserved for the downstairs tenants. Signage will be provided on-site for clarity. The parking space is located to the left and on the walkway path.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
