"We were greeted by knowledgeable and happy staff. My daughter recognized the associate from a previous trip, and he seemed to have remembered her as well, which was incredible! The hotel was renovated about six months ago, and our stay this time was just as clean and fresh as our last visit. I do wish the ice machine on the 4th floor worked, and the Starbucks in the lobby was definitely not up to my daughter's standard (just walk to the Knott's theme park Starbucks instead for actual drinks) but the beds and staff of the hotel were perfect."
