Williamsburg Vacation
We walked in and immediately felt at home. The house was very clean and had been updated recently. We had 6 in our party and most everything was adequate. We were within 15 minutes from Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. The only disappointments were that we ran short on toilet paper and when we called the owner to see if there was more on site, he directed us to the Dollar Store. We also had to buy paper plates because there were only 4 place settings of dishes in the cabinet. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and the location was fabulous. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Home away from home
This was my second time staying here. I really enjoyed my first stay so I knew that when I wanted to find a VRBO home, I was going to choose Humberto’s home to stay at. The house was as exactly as it was before…clean and welcoming. Humberto is great with giving all the information you will need before your arrival and even checking in during your stay. Thanks Humberto for being so hospitable!

Clean, Well Maintained, Convenient Location
The house was about a 15 minute drive to Colonial williamsburg and less than 10 minutes to Bush Gardens. The house is well maintained and clean. Excellent communication with owner. Previous reviews had mentioned train noise and dog barking but this was not excessive nor bothersom. Highly recommended. We are looking forward to staying again when in this area.

Charming Home!
Beautifully decorated home. The house was exactly as displayed in the photos on the listing. House was located in an older neighborhood next to a really run down home. Expect noise day and night as there is a railroad track across the street. Neighbors dog barks some too. We enjoyed our stay at this property, but wasn't a neighborhood that you'd expect such a nice little vacation rental to be in. Overall, very conveniently located to everything in the Williamsburg area.

Great short stay
The home was impeccably clean and nicely decorated with all new fixtures and furniture. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided. We felt safe, secure, and clean. What more could you ask for? The beds were comfortable and the layout of the house was nice. We did hear the neighbors dog and an occasional train as mentioned in previous reviews but they did not bother us at all or affect our sleep.

Williamsburg / Jamestown tour
The place was very clean but the kitchen did not have enough plates or dishes for our family to use for one meal. The kitchen needs to be much better stocked. The area surrounding the house was loud— constant trains and the neighbors dog barked incessantly. The house location made it easy to visit the historical sites in the area.
