"Check in was at 3pm. Was told room wasn’t clean until 6:45pm. I didn’t not get in to my room until 7pm. And was told that they could not comp my room or move me. You honestly could not pay me to stay there again. Literally ruined my experience my only time using hotels.com"

"Breakfast, The couple two times my husband been staying at this hotel breakfast is not serve. He has noticed everytime the hotel is full they always cancel breakfast. He usually stays in this hotel because of work being close by and they provide free breakfast. I feel is a bad service not providing breakfast when they have free breakfast when you booked the hotel.
