Truly, a beautiful B&B, multiple rooms for relaxing, a fabulous breakfast in a lovely dining room. Fireplaces to take the chill off and overall just a unique experience can’t recommended highly enough.

Wellington Resort
Rooms are a bit “dated” but still had everything we needed: lots of space, and a beautiful view of the ocean! We appreciated 2 bathrooms also. Kitchen well equipped and beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend and /or stay here again!! We loved it!

We were in the area for a wedding and this was the perfect central location between the venue in Portsmouth and all the attractions in Newport. The included breakfast was amazing as well as all of the staff. The pool in the photos isn’t a thing yet (there’s construction happening in the backyard ...
