With comfortable and modern furniture and high quality décor, free super-fast Wi-Fi and unlimited internet access, as well as the usual facilities you would expect from a top class holiday, there is also private parking for 2 cars and a large secure store (with tap and hosepipe) at the rear of the car port for your bikes, surf boards, wetsuits and all those buckets and spades. There are also several body-boards.
Lowenza is reverse level in layout. Upstairs the generous living area enjoys spectacular sea views and includes a 50 inch full HD TV with Chromecast, DVD and CD player with docking station. There are books, DVDs and family games for your entertainment. Across the landing, the main bedroom also has sea views, ample storage and a TV with integral DVD player together with a very comfortable double bed, and with a shower room next door. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two 3 foot single beds, which can clip and zip into a super king sized bed if required. There is a bathroom with shower downstairs, and a laundry room with 1600 spin speed washing machine and large clothes airer.
All towels and bedlinen are included as well as a welcome pack to get you started. The owners live 5 minutes away if you should require any advice or assistance. Cot and high chair are available, and a safety gate is fitted at the top of the stairs. This property is maintained in IMMACULATE condition: please note that SMOKING is permitted ONLY in the covered area outside and on the balcony; please also note that we only accept bookings from FAMILIES/COUPLES, PETS ARE NOT NORMALLY ALLOWED (Please ask for details).

Check in is at 2pm, check out 10am during high season, but can be flexible at other times.
'Lowenza' is one of 8 mews houses just off Mount Wise. There is enough space to park 2 or even 3 cars with ease. Newquay Airport is 20 minutes away by taxi, the train station is a 10 minute walk away, and the bus station a 2 minute walk.
As well as address details, you will also be given a four digit code for the key safe a week before your holiday, along with our phone numbers in case you need any help or advice during your stay. As we live in Newquay we are always available and happy to assist if you need us, although we appreciate that most guests prefer to be left alone to enjoy their holiday.
