"Lovely and clean caravan in a great location, exactly what we needed. Lots of beaches that are short drives away and one about 20 mins walk. Took two dogs as well. Also had some scones and clotted cream on arrival which was lovely."

"While the outside scenery of the property was beautiful the host was not helpful at all. In addition, I was asked to pay a security deposit amount prior to my visit, which I happily paid. But she kept it unfairly because she said she found a stain in the duvet! I am not sure what stain requires £50 to be washed. Even a new duvet cover doesn’t require £50! Also it’s extremely difficult to get transportation if you don’t have your own. We didn’t have our own transportation and had immense...

"Spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed, so spacious the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the outdoor deck. Close to Newquay town and the nearby beaches. We will be back! "

"The location was prime, and we had a seaview. Rob was really helpful during our stay, even buying us new towels from Sainsburys and offering to get a second set of keys cut for us. All in all a nice stay :)"

"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."
