It has great potential I just believe that whoever the owner is paying to clean and prep the place is dropping the ball. Upon arrival the place wasn't very clean. "This tiny house is very comfortable and cute. It is also very roomy for a tiny house. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the bats fly around in the evening.
