    The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. We recommend all or 4 wheel drive in the winter season. The roads and driveway are professionally maintained but guests may find travel difficult without it.
    ~Cancellation Policy:
    If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
    If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Perfect ski house

We loved this house. We had 10 adults and there was more than enough room. It was clean and cozy. It was also so nice to be so close to Sunday River. I would love to stay at this house again.

Great property, convenient location and excellent host!

The house is exactly as pictured. It's clean, airy, great view of the slopes from the huge windows in the living room! Kitchen has the core things you need. Kids really enjoyed the basement couch area. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

A perfect weekend!

We had an amazing time having our annual fantasy football draft weekend. The house was just as advertised and very clean. A great location as well a short drive to stores, restaurants, breweries etc. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. We’d love to come back again. Highly recommend!

We appreciated the snacks and ski necessities like chapstick that were provided as a welcome gift. We wished there were more than just a few hooks in the mudroom to dry ski gear and the mattresses aren't the most comfortable, but overall it's a good rental for multiple families skiing Sunday River.

Incredible Property and Host

Our stay at this ski house was absolutely phenomenal! The house itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and perfect for hosting a large group of friends and family for a big ski trip.The living areas were cozy, with a beautiful fireplace, and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. The hot tub outside was the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. We had a question about how to work it and they sent someone out right away to help us! The location couldn't have been better – just a short distance from the ski resort, allowing us to easily hit the slopes each day, but also tucked away enough for some privacy. The host was lovely and responded quickly to our requests or questions. We even left some things behind and our host, Julia, was so kind to return the items to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – we’re already looking forward to coming back!

So close to skiing

We were 4 families staying at this beautiful home for our annual ski trip. The beds were extremely comfortable, the home felt like a perfect size for us (4 couples, 3 small kids). Everything was clean. Easy entrance. Clear rules for exit. About a 4 minute drive to Sunday River. Beautiful views to wake up to in the morning. There are stairs up and down in the middle of the house so would just have to block those for little ones. Had nice pots/pans. Had coffee filters and spices for coffee and cooking. Couch in basement was spacious and comfortable as well. Would definately recommend!

Family Getaway

The house was lovely - plenty of room for our group of 6 adults - and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the foosball table was enjoyed. We appreciated using the firepit and the grill. Overall, we enjoyed the house and our stay. However, the house was very warm!!! We were there in August and it was 90+ outside and humid. Most of the time the main floor was well over 80 with both AC units and 3 fans running. The 3rd floor bedrooms, with the exception of the main bedroom which had an air conditioner, were unbearably hot. The listing says there are portable air conditioners but on hot humid days like when we were there, the 2 portable units are inadequate for the main floor. Obviously that is a non issue for fall/ spring & ski season visitors!

This is a beautiful location. The view of Sunday River was beautiful even in the summer. The area is quiet. We had our wedding party stay there as the wedding was in town Bethel, only a short distance away. Everyone was comfortable and with the large yard and house, it was perfect. The house itself was clean and beautiful.

Beautiful new house!

We stayed at this house for the holiday. There is nothing better than arriving back from a long and fun ski day to a new house that is 5 min away from the resort with a new jacuzzi, fully equipped, super comfortable and well designed. Thank you and we are planning to come back!

Great spot

This stay was great. House is perfect for a large group and central to every brewery and activity in the area. Only downside was there was no grill and the host never responded to us during our stay, asking about it. We would have appreciated communication. Other than that, it had everything we needed, the rooms were perfect, porch, etc. Thank you!

Family vacation

We mainly picked this place to take the family fishing and to see Maine. When we arrived the house was hot. They had a floor window unit on top and main floors. This allowed bugs in at night especially. Once we bought more fans to help things seem to cool off better. We did see a lot of water but didn’t see any walk up public fishing. There were marinas that offed rental but didn’t fit our schedule. The house is lovely, but the no shoe policy was very difficult for our family that have difficulty with balance. My parents stay on bottom floor cause their feet swell and was afraid of slipping. Brother in law also had problems due to amputation of toes. However, if we were a family that hit the slopes this is the place to stay. Management was nice, helpful and efficient.

Great spot for summer hangouts too

This is probably thought of as a winter place for skiers and snowboarders but we just had a group of twelve late twenties / early thirties guys do a summer weekend here and we had a blast. The yard was great for games, the deck was awesome for spectating / trash talk, and between the grill and kitchen we had an easy time with food too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
