Unwind in this spacious, family-friendly home in Warrenpoint comfortably sleeping 6 boasting breathtaking views of Carlingford Lough, the Mourne and Cooley Mountains, Narrow Water Castle, and the nearby golf course. While just minutes from the town, the property enjoys a wonderfully private countryside feel, making it an ideal retreat for relaxing and reconnecting.
Inside, the house offers generous living space with two reception rooms. The front sitting room features a cosy open fire, perfect for relaxed evenings, while the rear conservatory is flooded with natural light and showcases panoramic views — an ideal spot for morning coffee or quiet reflection.
The heart of the home is a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, designed for sharing meals, cooking together, and long conversations around the table. A luxurious ground-floor bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower adds an extra touch of indulgence.
Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms: • A modern king-size bedroom with built-in wardrobes, makeup station, and ensuite • A double bedroom with freestanding wardrobe, dressing table, and full-length mirror • A twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes, perfect for children or friends . A travel cot is available on request. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking for up to four cars and a large private back garden with plenty of seating and a gas barbecue, ideal for summer evenings and outdoor dining. Although close to town, the garden is beautifully secluded, reinforcing the peaceful rural atmosphere.
