"We loved this house for it’s peace and beauty generous size, layout and facilities it’s quiet rural location and land acreage to exercise our dogs with numerous walks from the doorstep. We had a bit of trouble working out how to use the Neff ovens and needed to look up the instruction manuals online which was no problem but would be nice to have a folder with all appliance manuals to make life easier."

"Family of 3 adults, so we had plenty of space and our own bedrooms. A very nice and well equipped house. Very clean and fresh. I don't think I have never slept better anywhere in a rented house or a hotel. Very well equipped house, everything we needed was there. I recommend this place."

"Woodpecker Barn is spacious with three large double bedrooms and plenty of living space. Lovely area and outlook across the fields. The play area and games room for all aged children plus the indoor pool was enjoyed. Louise was helpful and everything ran very smoothly. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area."

"We visited Dartmoor many times, but must be the best accommodation to visit the area from. Stunning views, 5 star accommodation with all you need. Communication with the owner went very smooth and was there when we needed him. Hot tub was great and a real plus on the accommodation. We had a wonderful time and can recommend this accommodation to everyone visiting this great area."
