"A working farm in a gorgeous part of the world. The host was super hospitable the room was lovely and clean. The bed was not that comfortable for me but ymmv. The bathroom is shared but not a problem for me."

Craig, Carol and Eve were exceptional hosts and even though they reside next to the farm house you don't feel uncomfortable or overlooked - highly recommend booking here, you won't be disappointed! Due to staying a week we ran out of logs which wasn't an issue, Craig happily stocked us back up without question. We enjoyed the house, the peacefulness, the views and the wildlife. The house is very homely providing children's cutlery, plates and cups...

"A wonderful stay visiting family and friends in and around Glasgow. House was super if a little quirky (boars head /antlers) and had everything we needed. I would say you do need a car but Strathaven has plenty of shops as well as a super bakers in Taylor’s. Hosts always ready to help. 👍"
