"Nice place"

"The initial booked room was not cleaned. It had a broken TV, empty alcohol bottles, and towels all over the beds. Then was put in another room that was decent enough, however there was mold all over the ceiling bathroom, holes in the towels, and TV broken. There was constant fights from the other people in the middle of the night so loud that it woke the family up. I normally don't mind because you pay what you get but this was the last straw. The owners was lazy and slow to not only help me,...

"The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel ran out of fresh towels, and we had to wait quite a while before replacements were available. While I appreciated the kindness of the staff, this inconvenience affected my overall experience, and I would likely choose to stay elsewhere on a future visit."

"The room was clean, air didn't work so had to buy a fan, pillows were flat so had to buy pillows. No coffee or donuts for breakfast. Okay for the price. Oh, pool was empty and green."

"Wasn’t bad. Pool was nasty but other than that it was accommodating. Kids thought the pancake maker was cool at breakfast. Staff was amazing."

"We asked for a nonsmoking room and it was definitely a smoking room. It smelt awful. Very limited breakfast. She said their cook called in, so they just had cereal and waffles. My daughter got a waffle and but there was only enough mix for me to get 3/4 of one."
