Filthy towels used to prop doors open in lobby near pool, styrofoam pieces scattered in and around pool, window screen in 3rd floor room completely broken and open (major safety hazard), comforter on bed dirty. There is no beach access, the hot tub is broken, and generally nothing is as advertised -- I was hoping for a nice new option for Ocean Shores, but this is the dirtiest hotel we've stayed in there (and that's saying something). A few staff members seemed to care a little, but...
