Went there for the Highland games. Amazing experience for a Macpherson living in California

Ample parking although coaches can take up quite a lot of room.

Stayed in the alpine family room which was EXCELLENT - two separated (by doors) areas - one with twin beds, one with a double. Safe, but not secure, parking across the (quiet) Main Street. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and well prepared. The breakfast was excellent, with plentiful healthy options to choose from.

My daughter and I had a good stay with Sweeney one as it was almost perfect. Comfortable room with free water and tunnocks was a really nice touch, great parking spaces and our shower was excellent and it was fairly clean. Communication was very good also so in summary the accommodation is “good” ...
