Relax with the whole family in this Gorgeous 5-acre property in Newtown CT which offers an updated vintage Farmhouse colonial feel and look.

Please note the owner resides on the dwelling unit property but gives the utmost privacy. Only will check in on her chickens if necessary.

Conveniently located minutes from downtown shops and the best eateries in town. The property is only minutes away to I-84, and Routes 6 and 25, making it a perfect location for a daily commute if necessary.

The house is on beautiful property, there are chickens, roosters. The owners have it well stocked in the kitchen, everything you could need. The piano, LR, DR are all great. The bathrooms are adequate but small, the beds were comfortable. The pool is great!
