"Perfect hotel for a family of four to stay for 2 nights and visit Sesame Place. The full kitchen was extremely helpful with an infant, along with the pack-n-play that was provided. Having a separate bedroom from the living room was a game changer! We had an issue with the smoke alarm going off that wasn’t handled well by the staff, but overall it was a positive experience and we’d be back."
"This is not a typical hotel. No front desk person is there during the day. Just know you need to check in at attached bar. Room was fine. High ceilings in room and bathroom were nice. Fire Dept is nearby so expect to be woken by sirens & horns during the night. No sense of not waking everyone up when there’s no one on the roads. Didn’t like that they made a photocopy of my license and credit card. Promised that they shred them later but no other hotel does this. Convenient location to...
"The property is under construction.
There is no restaurant
There is no bar
The outside is a construction site.
There were no outdoor chairs.
There was a dumpster in the parking lot."
"We had a great stay at the hotel. We have been theater members from when it opened until we moved out of the area two years ago. So nice to have a place to stay while back visiting.
We ate at the restaurant at a bar booth- usually our favorite but while the food was good they seemed very rushed and short staffed with soup coming out cold and drinks delayed."
"The room never got below 73 humid degrees despite the thermostat being set to 68 and it was hot sleeping. The shower floor was slimy and slippery. The toilet didn't flush properly. The kitchen had three forks, one knife and one spoon (for two travelers). There was a (not optional) nightlight in the sink area that shine brightly and lit up the bathroom. Overall, this was a terrible room. The staff was friendly when we checked in, and the breakfast was just okay but it was included."
