  • Beautiful green holiday home on a natural plot, just 800 metres from one of the best sandy beaches on the island.



    You will spend many pleasant hours in the living room with wood-burning stove, where you can watch TV and listen to the radio or music. From here you have direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen offers an open-plan dining area. You will find a washing machine in the outbuilding.



    On the large, beautiful and partially covered wooden terrace, you can enjoy the sun in comfortable lounge furniture and prepare delicious meals on the barbecue. There is also a small morning terrace, which is also furnished and ideal for breakfast and the first cup of coffee of the day. The green surroundings of the house offer plenty of space for physical activity.



    You live close to Dueodde's beautiful, child-friendly beach, which is sure to be the destination of several walks. You also have Dueodde's lighthouse in view. Some of the many well-known excursion destinations are Rokkestenen, the charming villages of Snogebæk, Svaneke etc. Children will love the Krølle-Bølle ice cream, named after the national island troll.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch in ruhiger Lage und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch in ruhiger Lage und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Ausstattung war ok, jedoch haben ein paar Dinge gefehlt (Pfanne, Frühstücksschälchen, Wäscheständer für den Innenbereich).Die Schlafräume sind sehr schön, die Betten wirklich bequem. Die Waschmaschine ist neu und funktioniert gut. Insgesamt ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen, was uns persönlich nicht unbedingt gestört hat. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns der Zustand der Küche (alter Wasserkocher, alte Kaffeemaschine, insgesamt alte Ausstattung). Die Sauberkeit der Küche bei Ankunft lies sehr wünschen übrig! Alte teilweise vergammelte Lebensmittel vom Vorbewohner in den Schränken und im Kühlschrank gehen in meinen Augen garnicht. Auf dem nicht gewischten Esstisch lagen völlig verdreckte Platzsets. Alte Putzlappen in irgendwelchen Eimern standen überall rum. Nach Beschwerde bei Novasol wurde uns zumindest ein Teil der Endreinigung erlassen. Insgesamt würden wir das Haus wieder buchen, wer jedoch höhere Ansprüche an eine moderne Ausstattung hat, für den ist es wohl eher nicht geeignet.
