Wegen dreckiger Kopfkissen und Matratzenschoner wurde die NOVASOL - Hotline kontaktiert. Trotz der Zusicherung des Tausches der Wäsche erfolgte dieser in den zwei Wochen Aufenthalt nicht, was sehr schade wahr. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner und empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt."
