"Beautiful location downtown with cool architecture and friendly staff. Loved this hotel but the housekeeping was not great. All my linens were stained (sheets+towels), and the one time my room was cleaned they left what were dry towels in the wet sink they had just cleaned. I think some new linens and spot checks on process would go a long way in the future"

"The amenities were good, plenty of free food and snacks, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is pretty central to the historic area so most things were walking distance or a short ride away. The front desk staff was kind and offered help always. The breakfast was decent but a bit inconsistent at times. We had the chilaquiles and the top half of it was warm whereas the bottom half was cold. The only “issue” I had was the cafe staff. Some of the girls were a bit rude, rolled their eyes at me, and laughed when I didn’t say certain things correctly in spanish. Other than that, for the price of the hotel, the amenities and the location made it worth it!"
