"I stayed in room 410 from May 21-24, 2026. The walls were so thin I could hear the guests in the room next to mine playing loud music and chatting. On my first night, I woke up at 4am because of the noise. I went to tell the receptionist. The noises persisted. I went down for the second time, I could hear someone knocked on the door to talk to them, but nothing changed.
On my second night, I noticed there was a leak from the shower to the front door area, which was making the room's carpet wet. I told the receptionist, and nothing was done about it. When I went back to my room, I almost slipped because of that.
There were also minor problems with my room that I didn't bother to communicate, such as the inconsistent and low power supply from the power plugs, and the non functioning safe in the room.
Staff were friendly, but didn't seem to care about some of my concerns."
