"This hotel was very good value for money - the room was big enough and very clean; there were enough choices for breakfast, including full english breakfast. The biggest value of this hotel are staff. They are extremely helpful, very motivated and speak excellent english. We were treated as special guests! The staff arranged various excursions, train tickets, and even took us to the train station. We would stay in this hotel the next time we visit Hanoi."

They could not have been more helpful and let us leave luggage while we went to sapa,then let us shower when we came back. The rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities provided.
