Find Hotel with a Concierge in Ngampilan

"I don’t know how I can put comments, we didn’t get to stay at the hotel , as they said our reservation had not been conformed by Hotels.com and the hotel’s people said they never have had a relation with Hotel.com How is it that I booked a hotel in good faith for 3 nights which were paid for in advance only to be turned away as there was no record of the booking.
