"I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...

"Very nice helpful staff, the owner came by to check on me when he heard i was sick with a cold. (He speaks perfect English) There is lots of side street experiences and exploring to do in this very local neighborhood, short easy trip to the old Quaters "

"I stayed there for about 10 days, but the room was cleaned and the towels were changed twice. The problem is that even if the guest requests cleaning, the room is not cleaned. There are other good accommodations in this area, so I will not use this place next time."

"Good for the price and away from the road so no traffic noise. The room was as pictured on the website. Staff were helpful and has washing machines and dryers in the reception which are included in the rental. Overall a pleasant stay."
