Room condition was terrible, and the smell was awful. because they just painted the door for maintenance. they assigned the room w/o cleaning perfectly, and the floor was so dirty. i was very annoyed because i have baby. i called 3 times to the service desk to change the room, but nobody come or call back for checking my status. I've been waiting around an hour. finally i could change the room when i visit reception again. regarding the food.. they had cancelled my order 5 times because the food every i ordered was sold out. there is 2 restaurants, but the same menu. menus are so boring & monotonous. workers didn't filled the food, and didn't care well. it seems worker were not enough for this hotel. regarding room service or ordering the food in the lobby bar, we had to wait more than 45 minutes. the only thing i satisfied was short distance between Vinwonders and hotel. we could visit aquarium 4 times, and fully enjoyed Vinwonders during my trip.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa in Vinoearl Discovery 2. Enjoyed it and it was very nice. The air condition seemed to be set so it could not be lowered under 26c. This felt a bit a hot at night time. This should be changed. The restaurant was busy so it was hard to get access to the BBQ food.

2020/1/7-2020/1/11 다녀왔어요. 체크인때 보증금 카드로결제함, 룸서비스 이용하고 체크아웃할때 보증금 취소하고 룸서비스이용금액 카드로 결제하는데. 보증금 전체취소하고 룸서비스이용금액 결제해야하는데, 보증금에서 룸서비스이용금액만큼 남기고 취소하고, 룸서비스 이용금액을 또 결제해버림. 결론은 룸서비스이용금액 2번결제됨. 영수증은 한번결제한걸로 받아서 몰랐음. 분명 보증금 전체 취소한다고했었음. 카드요금 청구된거 보고 알아서 호텔에 메일보냄. 다른데로 메일보내라해서 또 메일보냄(호텔예약된거 영수증등 캡쳐로 동봉함). 며칠동안 연락없음. 두번째 메일보냄. 내 호텔예약정보 이름을 달라고함. 속터짐. 내가 첨부해서 보낸거 확인해 보라함. 이게 오늘까지의 내용임.

사진으로 보트, 식사 등을 이용할 때 본인 확인을 하는 점이 편합니다. 일하시는 분들이 너무나 친절하고 버기카도 시간을 맞춰 나가면 바로바로 이용이 가능해서 좋았습니다. 음식을 갖고 들어갈 수 없는 점은 불편했지만 그래서 시설이 더 깨끗했던 것 같아요.

기다림의 미학을 느끼게 해주는 여행입니다~ 버기를 기다리는것 빼곤 좋아요~~ 중국사람이 많긴했는데 피해를 줄 정도는 아니였어요~ 배를 타고 섬에서 왔다갔다하는것도 나름 추억이 됩니다~ 메인 풀도 생각보다 사람이 많지 않아서 좋구요~ 빈펄랜드도 좋았어요~ 특히 루지 는 최고였어요~ 조금 늦은시간에 탔는데 야경이 죽음이였어요~~ 가시면 쫌 기다리시더라도 루지는 꼭 타셔야합니다요~~

내부음식 반입금지로 호텔내에서 음식을 구매해야했는데 가격이 너무 비쌌다 레스토랑도 뷔폐식만 있어 단품요리등 간단한 음식은 판매하지 안았다 중국 단체 관광객들로 로비는 거의 매시간 붐볐고 시장 분위기로 시끌벅적했음. 조식의 음식종류는 다양했으나 정갈함은 동급의 타 호텔들에 비해 떨어지는 편으로 생각됨.

섬에서만 이틀 보냈는데 전혀 불편함없이 편하게 지내다 왔습니다 숙소 넓고 깨끗함, 직원들 매우 친절함 아담한 수영장-오후에 사람들이 몰려 살짝 작다는 느낌이 들긴 했으나. 하루종일 붐비지 않기 때문에 우리끼리 놀기엔. 오히려 너무 크지 않아 좋았음
