Great place to visit. The staff are outstanding, the rooms very comfortable, and the shuttle service was easy! Wish they had more food options at the hotel throughout the day however a great place to visit.

The hotel was nice and clean with lots of different pools to enjoy from and a nice play area for small children. The hotel and shopping area are very kid friendly which suited our family well. The place is well suited for people who plan to stay at the vinpearl area. However, traveling from the resorts to anywhere outside the resort area will need golf cart rides and traveling to Na trang will require golf cart rides to the cable car area, cable car ride to get to the city and taxi rides to get around so it could end up being a quite a journey.

So Amazing

I love the speedboat in the cable cars. The hotel is located right next to the beach and has an amazing swimming pool that my son absolutely loved. The Vinpearl is a definite must!

Our best resort in Vietnam

We stayed at different Vinpearl resorts and hotels but Vinpearl Nha Trang resort is still our favorite. We felt the welcome attitude from the staffs, especially Ms. Thuyen - the manager - she was very friendly, we couldn’t get the late check out from the front desk but she decided to gave us the late check out. They have excellent customer services, room was clean, comfortable. The only thing was uncomfortable: some of local customers cut the waiting line at the restaurant and at the front desk ; the Russian customers took our seats at the beach even with our personal things on it - not the resort’s fault. We will visit again

Beautiful hotel...it's just paradise 😍

Hotel and staff was amazing start to finish. The grounds around the hotel were very well kept. Breakfast was a good selection and catered for everyone.

Amazing location and island

A fantastic place to stay with family or as a couple. The resort was great and the villas are the best I’d ever stayed in. Super modern and very large and extravagant. The property is huge, so moving around is easy with a golf cart service provided whenever and wherever you need to go across the resort and island. Super close ride to the Harbour Town for restaurants and shopping and also close to the theme park. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

Property and room is overall nice and clean but service and hospitality is terrible. You need to wait around 30 mins or more for shuttles to get back and forth to your hotel. They require you scan your face like 3x before being allowed to go anywhere. Very poor directory and no one can help with anything. Need to think it over if you want to stay home where that does not require a long wait time.

Our stay at Vinpearl resort had its ups and downs. Great staff and a good location. On the other side the resort requires renovations. The rooms are not as portrayed in the pictures. I will also note that waiting for the buggy service also took a lot of time and could have been better.

Beautiful Vietnam

I guessed when going to Vietnam I come in communism. But! I fallen in love with this country. Hotel Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang has outstanding service and dedicated staff. Nothing problem. Only friendly smiles and Sin' Tyao ( Hallo! ) . Of course I'll come back.

A completely novel experience.

The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious. The resort will not allow you to bring in more than a small snack, with a large fine if you try - you have to sign off at check-in. The pools are cold. The main large pool has loud music and lots of kids. There is a pool on the side that was usually totally quiet and empty. Vinpearl Harbor was such a trip- like a mostly abandoned Disneyland crossed with a dead mall. Guests during my stay were not an outgoing bunch, and I think I was the only American on property! I think this resort would be best for a young family with children who wanted to have a budget vacation that feels high-end and to go to VinWonders.

プールつきヴィラは広々、家族5人には充分すぎる広さ。 部屋に呼ぶカートはすぐにきてくれるが、ヴィンパールランドやハーバー行きのカートは待たされてることが多く不便に感じた。また、案内板がなくゴンドラからおり、ホテルへたどり着くのに難儀した。
