"It was very dirty and the front desk lady.She was very rude and nasty"

"They lost my reservations and blamed me for using a third party competitor, half of the reserved rooms weren't even ready at check in, only one working ice machine, breakfast was in the dirty basement, the manager never called back when trying to reserve rooms at a group rate, and they charged 4 additional rooms to my credit card which took us calling them multiple times for them to finally fix it. Never again. Thy Hyatt is right next door, go there."

"Good Hotel, clean, with parking and offer light breakfast. Just walking distance to several places to eat. Manager was really nice and let us checked in earlier. Hotel is only about 10 minutes from the Niagara Falls airport, so it was convenient for our trip. Also close to the Outlets mall. "

"Place was very weathered. Windows were fogged with a permanent cloudiness that made it hard to see out of. There was stiff randomly scattered in bar area and other places around the lobby and entrance areas. Like they didn’t have enough storage. Staff was very friendly. But overall it was like staying in a 50 year old hotel that was on its way out because no one was doing up keep. "

"The rooms themselves were clean and very spacious but the hotel itself was very disappointing. Unhelpful staff, run down hotel in need of painting, refurbishing and no open bar (open only at the weekend). Breakfast was ok though. Wouldn’t return. "
