Geschlossen wegen Bauarbeiten.

1 Stunde an der Rezeption gewartet, obwohl "open" war niemand erreichbar. Dann wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen ist. Angeblich wüsste Hotels.com bescheid. Wir wurden danach in einem anderen Gebäudeteil untergebracht. Den Zustand möchte ich lieber nicht beschreiben!!!

Worst hotel ever stayed at

When I went in, no one reception for 10 minutes, knocked for 15 minutes, Ashi manager came out , and was surprised that I reserved for that hotel as there was no reservation, after struggling for 10 minutes with his computer found, during this time, he commented this is "bad "S" world" why would you come here, he mentioned that are your sure you booked for here? or neighbor hotel. Which actually was 100% booked. this one was 5% booked, 95% vacant. Room was dusty, as glass window had 4 inch broken hole, one of the sliding glass window was open, I don't know if room was age for ages. dust all over from the open window. Manager mentioned that there is no cable in room. When I turned on heat there was bad smell, so I turned it off. Fortunately weather was not too cold for this time, October 14th. Bad sheets were not changed for long time , had ciggrette holes in them. I somehow, slept thru the night. I went along for my marathon at the Niagara Falls. Had I been with family, I would have come out in the night and gone somewhere else or gone back. Worst experience indeed. I think this Hotel needs complete big renovation before human being start staying there.

Minutes away from Clifton!

Overall, it was more than ok. The beds were clean with mattress protectors, no carpet, A/C, fridge, cable tv,... The bathroom wasn't all that clean. Nothing a few lysol wipes couldn't handle. other than that, the hotel staff was friendly and it was quiet. Minutes away from the Clifton Hill!! Worth the price. Ice machine was broken.

Disgusting

I wouldn't even stay in this place. It looked like something from a horror movie. There were broken windows and a pool filled with goo, I assume mud. I drive through the parking lot and went to another hotel. I would not subject an enemy to those conditions. They do issue me a refund due to my anger

OMG

First let me say what was offered wasn't ready the 3 queens beds, even if it was no way staying there; first it was out of service for over a week the pluming was damaged and we were not notified, what they try to give us was not even fit, room dirty, beds sinking in the middle AC rusty, fridge was dirty smelly and stained, the carpet was stained and sticky. After a discussion with the night manager, he said " no charge" so we left. Thank God for a young woman at Days Inn, that sent us to her friend at another Days Inn, named Danna, on Ellen Ave, had a room and was polite, the room was great and service impeccable. Please don't be fooled with pics of Admiral Inn by the fall or the rating it had at the time of 3 stars, this place was dirty, sticky and smelly. I wish had taken fotos, sorry for this over site.

Great location, great service, poor facility.

The service was great, the rooms were clean and no smell, but the outside area and the stairs were bad... they should remove the carpet from the stairs... and clean the garbage containers often... The pool should be covered as it's not working and people are just throwing garbage in it... it was very bad looking down from the top.

Hotel was in a run down condittion.

Not really a good experienece. Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Guy at the counter really couldn't care less, or so it seemed. Asked to see the manager, but he said thet he ''wasn't available. Told us to come back later....! Came back a few hours later and the manager was there and our room was ready. Only thing was that there were no towels in the bathroom and no drapes on the window. Just a green plastic bag..!! And the T.V. didn't work. But that really wasn't a problem because we came to enjoy the city and not watch T.V. But the pool was green. Too bad as it was hot that week....

Most disgusting hotel

That is the most disgusting hotel I have stayed in. The carpet leading to the rooms filthy and worn out. The walls were sprayed with some kind of brown liquid that obviously had been there for months. There were no towels provided. There were two tv.s but neither worked. What a joke of a place. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The pool outside had filthy dirty water with garbage floating around. Gross. This place also had headboard that were not even attached to the bed.torn wall paper. What a joke of a place.

The room I booked wasn't the room I got . The hotel was very dirty . Poor Wi-Fi connection. They offered me an option to take my money back but it was too late bcos getting a new reservation somewhere else would have been too stressful and expensive.

Left without staying overnight, Dirty Washroom, Bugs on the floor, No body at reception while we want to talk and left @11.30 pm without staying , planned to stay but when we came to room at night, left motel to look for another one.

Pésimo. El peor hotel de Niagara.Horrible servicio

El motel esta en pésimas condiciones. Todo está roto sucio y servicio deja mucho q decir... no sabían q teníamos reservacion ya q su computadora no sirve. Mi reserva era para una habitación de no fumar y la q me dieron estaba impregnada a cigarro. La descripción y las fotos q expedia muestra es totalmente falsa . Al entrar a la habitación y ver las deplorables condiciones fui a la recepción a pedir un cambio sin embargo ya no había nadie , esto sucedió a las 5pm. Llame a expedia para solicitar su ayuda ya q se supone q te garantizan el servicio y la calidad de los hoteles q ofrecen y pedí me ayudaran a cambiar de hotel. Después de 30 min de espera en el teléfono la respuesta del operador fue: he tratado de comunicarme con el hotel x todos los medios y no es posible confirmar q aceptan una cancelación sin cargo , le puedo hacer otra reservacion pero se le cobraría la noche de penalidad x política del hotel. Con nosotros puede cancelar sin cargo pero el hotel le va a cobrar la noche. Acaso yo le pague al hotel? No Tuvimos q dejar nuestras cosas ya q teníamos reserva para el barco en las cataratas y a nuestro regreso x fin estaba el recepcionista disponible, hable con el y le pedí nos diera otro cuarto dadas las condiciones del q nos dio #255 (sucio, puerta del baño rota , paredes sucias, television no prendia , cabecera rota, mesa rota) y su respuesta fue: no tengo otro además todos tienen algo q no sirve y su reserva es solo x una noche. Quejese en Internet!

expedia needs to screen the hotels on there site

When we arrived there was no one at the building.The city as shut this hotel down. When someone did show up he showed us the room told us if we didnt like it we didnt have to stay or pay. That was the only room that was cleaned for our stay.Needless to say we didnt stay.It was the long weekend and we had traveled more then 400 km to get there and did not want to have to travel back home.We got lucky that one on the other hotels had a vacant room. It cost us twice the price for our stay.I also wont be getting the points for my stay because it was not booked through expedia. I feel they should offer me a room somewhere free of charge.I think from now on i will be not be using a booking site to get rooms. You may get it cheaper but you dont know what you will run into.I would rather pay the extra and have a good room then have to go through the stress of finding some where to stay.When you have to save up to go on holiday and then find out you have to put out double the amount its very disappointing.

Drug Motel!!! Je ne vais pas rentrer dans le détail mais l'hôtel est pire que crade, c'est horrible, ça sent mauvais, les serviettes​ avec des tâches marrons, dans trous dans le portes ect... J'ai dormi habillé sur le lit tellement c'était degeu! N'y aller surtout pas!!!!
