The halls are not air conditioned. The floors in the common areas were filthy. Our room had less than a half a roll of toilet paper in it and that was it. I’m a girl. I need toilet paper. I had to go downstairs for more.
Really loved how convenient it was to the falls and shops and dining.
Loved the view.
The older gentleman that checked us in was a real sweetheart.
The breakfast area had lots of seating, but they definitely don’t open early enough if there’s a huge line waiting to get in. We needed to be in there earlier too, but we didn’t want to have to go somewhere else and pay for breakfast when we had already paid for staying somewhere with it included. The crappy part is that if we had left when we needed to, we wouldn’t have hit all the traffic which made us 2 hours late to all of our stops today on our road trip. Guess we should have gotten breakfast somewhere else. We ended missing out on our last stop and $110 in tickets went down the drain. Really not happy about that since it was hard earned money that was essentially thrown away. In short, do your guests a favor and have breakfast earlier.
