The overall stay was great. Breakfast was great! Staff was very tentative to our needs and questions. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool however could be a little warmer. The pool was a nice set up - very tropical.

My friends and I had a great time. We got use of the pool, parking was literally outside our door, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only issue was the coffee machine in our room was not working. I will definitely come back. The staff was wonderful, friendly kind and efficient.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this place has been kept despite it being an older property. The decor was outdated but overall very clean, had all of the essentials, reliable internet and a smart TV. Great for short trips with lots of food options within walking distance.

We had a great weekend there and were treated so well. My only remark is to have a few more options for eggs for breakfast(or have the hardboiled eggs peeled), heat the pool, and have the hot tub available. Other than that, the staff were amazing and it was a beautiful hotel.

the carpets could use a change, the scent of the lobby is full of chlorine because of the pool but the beds were clean and comfy and you have a bus stop just in front of the property and just 10 mins to the falls by car and you have many restaurants around the property
