Overall the house was clean and very organized. We encountered few issues in the beginning. First was that the host was not accessible until half an hour before check in. I did not receive any check in check out instruction or email. I had some questions about an extra guest charge on the receipt and this was not addressed. But aside that panic attack that I got for checking in and doubting if this booking is real even or not, positive points are that it is a spacious and very clean villa. The host was welcoming when he was available. Breakfast was good. Location was close to almost everything around and it was a safe area.

The house is in a perfect location. It is a short 1.5 block walk to the nearest bus stop which runs up and down the main road to the major tourist attractions. About a 10 minute walk in the opposite directions takes you further into town where there are lots of restaurants, shops, escape rooms, and ax throwing. The house is spacious. We had 9 people staying and it was great that each couple had their own bathroom. The first floor bedroom is on the smaller side, but was great for my parents who are no longer able to do the stairs. The stairs going up to the other bedrooms are steep and narrow, so not ideal for older people who have mobility issues. My husband and I slept on the pull out couch in the front living room. It's your standard pull out, and was actually more comfortable than we expected. There is a door that closes to separate the dining room/front living room from the kitchen and second sitting room area. This was a huge plus for us. It was great that I could be in the kitchen/sitting room with the TV and lights on and close the door so that my husband could go to sleep without being disturbed. It allows you to use the pull out couch and still provide the people sleeping there with some amount of privacy. The breakfast provided every morning was plentiful and delicious. I strongly recommend taking them up on the offer. It was promptly deliverd 15 minutes before our requested time every day.
