This is an amazing place to stay. My wife and I had an amazing visit and the owners are incredibly nice and interesting. Wonderful meals. Amazing ambience
The hosts were wonderful to talk with and breakfast was delicious with wonderful atmosphere! The home and grounds were beautiful and comfortable beds! Would stay here again!
The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The house is on a street of historic homes, beautiful. Our room was small and cozy. Everything was well kept and clean. Breakfasts were amazing! Dan and Jamie were very personable and friendly. We would definitely recommend The Butler House.
Beautiful B&B, decor gorgeous. Hosts were amazing. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was clean, perfect size, we had the room with the little sunroom. Bedding was soft as were bathroom towels. Walking distance to Aquarium. Suggest driving to all other areas.
Dan and Jamie are terrific hosts. The B & B is charming, comfortable and an easy walk to Niagra Falls State Park and the Rainbow Bridge to Canada. Breakfasts are delicious and sumptuous - served at a set time where all the guests sit down together. We had interesting conversation with our fellow guests, but hard if you like to sleep in. One of the four guest rooms has its private bath across the public hall. We ended up switching rooms when another became available.
I loved the place! Was very clean the room , even the cover of the bed was smelling nice and clean.. the house was big and the environment very friendly! It doesn’t accommodate many people since there is only few rooms available.. so that is an extra bonus for someone who like quiet and peace!
My only feedback would be about the breakfast, I would prefer to have more salty options like butter, cheese, bread on the table where people can pick and served by themselves (but that doesn’t mean the breakfast wasn’t good, is just my personal preference and maybe a feedback for the owners if they want to improve it)
Other than that, the stuff was very friendly, the house by it self very space full, big windows, lightfull
It was fine. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Room itself was a bit tight for 2 people but it was cute. We had the room with the additional sun room which we didn’t use. I guess it would be nice for a longer stay. We stayed end of October so it was too cold to use.
The floors were a little too creaky and we had trouble using the automatic locks. The doors had to be jiggled to open. I wished they showed us how to use the locks when we checked in.
After Sunday breakfast, we were left to ourselves to leave whenever we wanted. I guess it was off season/end of season.
Very close to Niagara Falls. Location was great.
We wanted to stay on US side after traveling to Niagara on the Lake and Toronto in Canadian side on our return trip to catch flight home. Great location to see nighttime at the Falls, and enjoyed great dinner in Lewiston recommended by B&B. Very close to Whirlpool state park ( a must). Great BB for enjoying Niagara Falls/ park.
Amie and Dan are great host the experience my wife and I had at the Butler house bed and breakfast was beyond amazing and the food was so delicious the perfect place to stay when you are in town for the Niagara Falls experience thank you guys
Beautiful old home. Property was well maintained and loaded with beautiful flowers! Home was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Great way to meet new people.
The owners were extremely friendly and they made sure our stay was Fulfilled in every way! Breakfast, was excellent thank you very much!

Quaint and well-kept. Breakfast meals were outstanding - egg frittata and French Toast with orange juice! Best to have a rental car. Was once a vacation spot for wealthy NYC people enjoying Spring and Summer. Obviously deserted over time, but renovations now abound.
We had the best time at The Butler House! The hosts Jamie and Dan are so hospitable, kind, and caring. Our plane got in early, and Dan and Jane texted us a few hours early that the room was ready. The room was very cozy and comfortable. We had the Regatta room, which had a little sun porch to sit in, and we took advantage of that. The sit-down breakfast every morning was delicious, and Jamie saw to it that our needs were always met. The house was calm and quiet and so very relaxing. Snacks were offered downstairs and always available. I loved sitting out on the nice porch out front, and the street was so quiet and the houses so interesting. We really had a nice relaxing time thanks to Jamie and Dan!
Dan and Jamie were so accommodating. The breakfasts were wonderful and enough to keep you full for the day. The house was spotless, rooms very comfortable and the common areas inviting. All this, and just a short walk to get to Niagara Falls. Can’t wait to come back!
