Property Layout:
This home is divided into two adjacent units, each with a separate entrance. While the other unit may be occupied by other guests, your side has a dedicated entrance to ensure your privacy.

Neighbourhood Notes:
Though some surrounding streets in Niagara Falls show signs of age, we do everything possible to ensure your stay is comfortable, secure, and fully equipped for your needs.

Street Parking Rules (with Example):

Odd dates (like Aug1): Park on the odd-numbered side of the street.

Even dates (like Aug 2): Park on the even-numbered side of the street.

Switch sides at midnight.

Example: If it’s Aug 1 (odd date), park on the odd side until midnight. After midnight (Aug 2, even date), park on the even side.

Our house: The even-numbered side is right in front.
