The room was nice, newly renovated with a nice view of the fireworks from Canada side at night. The only problem of the unit is not well maintained, so many loose fixtures. But it’s clean and bed is nice, and beddings are clean/fresh.

The staff were very friendly with greeting us and checking us in. They also gave us ideas as to what to do during our stay. We asked the cleaning crew for more coffee and they gave it to us. The only thing is you have to ask for room service if you are not there for more than three days. The Continual breakfast was very good and well put together. The staff was very helpfully also! We definitely would stay there again.

The hotel is in a good location, right by the rainbow bridge what makes it very convenient to cross to the Canadian side of the falls, the room was clean, but the hotel is very bad maintained, is outdated, the carpet was very dirty and old, the bathroom shower door was almost falling, the sink didn’t drained properly, very old installations, needs a lot of work,

This hotel Was a really good spot for people looking g to be walking distance to all the falls attractions. It is very clean and modern and staff is very friendly. Hotel is not at all what the photos show. It’s old, outdated, stains on the walls and floors. My allergies acted up the whole weekend. It was in a convenient area, only a few min walk to all the attractions.

The room was clean and had a decent view. The living room spa tub is one of the great features of the room. The room has fridge, microwave and other amenities. The hotel is walkable distance to Niagara Falls so you can save a lot of money on parking. I would highly recommend taking balloon ride which is right across the street of the hotel as the hotel provides discount. The room did not have moisturizer and other amenities and the bathroom door never shut - some issue was there. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything from another room. The property had water leakage issue at the entrance of the hotel and also at the Lower level where you park car. Perhaps some maintenance was going on. The room service is only done when you are staying for four or more days.

Honestly, I really loved the hotel; it’s very centrally located. The only thing is that I was on the fifth floor, and the carpets outside the room were in terrible condition. I have one more thing to say: the staff need better uniforms for serving the public and should always wear a smile—appearance counts for a lot. Also, the young woman handling breakfast looked very tired; she was complaining and spraying cleaning products in the dining area while people were still eating their breakfast.
