The hotel is in a good location, right by the rainbow bridge what makes it very convenient to cross to the Canadian side of the falls, the room was clean, but the hotel is very bad maintained, is outdated, the carpet was very dirty and old, the bathroom shower door was almost falling, the sink didn’t drained properly, very old installations, needs a lot of work,

This hotel Was a really good spot for people looking g to be walking distance to all the falls attractions. It is very clean and modern and staff is very friendly. The only true downside is the breakfast is not anything to count on. Very limited availability for options and limited selection. But other than that superb location

Honestly, I really loved the hotel; it’s very centrally located. The only thing is that I was on the fifth floor, and the carpets outside the room were in terrible condition. I have one more thing to say: the staff need better uniforms for serving the public and should always wear a smile—appearance counts for a lot. Also, the young woman handling breakfast looked very tired; she was complaining and spraying cleaning products in the dining area while people were still eating their breakfast.

The breakfast was lack for the extra that you paid for it. There was a very sweet young girl running around trying to accommodate everyone. The was dated and the shower needed work . Rusty in some areas.The staff however was very nice . Not there fault that the hotel was dated.You can’t beat the location though.Right across the bridge to Canada.

Parking was crazy they over charge for a room on 2nd floor and tell you it's grand views the picture are form when the hotel was first built it's kinda out dated for breakfast you get hard boiled eggs toast and waffles. We ended up buying breakfast at Starbucks. The gym was good

The exterior of the hotel is very run down and needs repairing. The windows are very dirty and need to be cleaned, you cannot see through them to see outside. The breakfast is horrible and not replenished after it runs out. The only good thing is irs location.

It was conveniently located walking distance from Niagara Falls. The building is old, hallway carpet needs a rug doctor with all the stains and the room had a weird stench. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were really nice. You pay extra for parking.

Upon entry the rooms were clean. There was several times we did not have any hot water. We found some kind of bugs in the room. Elevators are to small for using a baggage cart and to fit you family in . Location to do things at the falls is excellent. Complementary breakfast could use some upgrades. They need a dedicated.smoking away from the main entrance so when entering the hotel you don’t have to breathe in the smoke of someone sitting next to the main door smoking. View looking into Canada was excellent. Over all I would give the hotel a rating of 6 out of a score 1 to 10.
