Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Was okay, was cheaper than most of the downtown hotels but $50 for parking. Bathroom was tiny and all the floot tile was lifting. Small tv as well.

Great location! Had everything we wanted. Pool, restaurants, walkability to events. Room was spacious and clean, nice linens/ towels and a great view

Overnight parking provided, clean room. Experienced elevator difficulties for over half an hour which restricted us from leaving the property
