"Excellent staff, was able to check in by 2:30 pm which is always appreciated. Room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, friendly staff. Enjoyed sitting out at night as tables and chairs and other seating is available at the front of the hotel. Hotel is quiet and inviting. I wish the lobby bar was opened later than it was. Griffon Gastropub and Silo eateries were right across the road. Lovely views of Niagara River and downtown area is a short walk. "
