"The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful. My wife and I used the spa for their two-hour Hydrotherapy Wellness Circuit at the Spa and had a wonderful time together! We will definitely go back there! The Village was vibrant, and the hotel is perfectly located to explore the Village!"

"Everything was wonderful: the staff, food, beautiful room and location. Unfortunately, they were in the process of renovating the parking lot, so guests had to park a distance away, but that is only temporary. The Charles is my hotel of choice whenever I visit Niagara-on-the-Lake."

"Room was nice and clean. It was off there were only two towels in the room for two adult guests. The thermostat would not allow us to decrease the temperate below 70 which made for a hot night of sleep. Location was great just a few minute walk to stores and restaurants."
