"Si l’appartement est bien placé proche de la mer, du cour saleia, et de toutes les activités qu’offre la ville, son emplacement face à un bar de nuit le déclasse tant les hurlements de jeunes dans la rue ainsi que la musique très forte (portes du club ouvertes) sont importants et ce, jusqu’ à plus de deux heures du matin chaque soir. Certes nous sommes dans le vieux Nice, mais il y a des limites aux nuisances sonores! Nous avons dû faire appel à la police un soir, mais les nuisances ont repris...

"Parking was about the only issue. Practically non-existent, and very expensive. We loved the location and all the places within walking distance. The room was cozy, charming, and a nice break from traditional hotels. I would love to return some day."

"L'appartement est spacieux, bien situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Idéal pour gouter aux spécialités locales malgré la fermeture des restaurants. La cuisine est bien aménagée et les hauteurs sous plafonds rendent l'appartement agréable Le ménage à notre arrivée est à parfaire. L'appartement était globalement propre mais un petit effort serait requis pour enlever la poussière sous les meubles (notamment canapé, commodes...) et sur les ventilateurs des plafonds."

"We were told that the apartment we originally booked had a flooding issue and is unavailable, so were given a different one in the same Old Town location. Location was great. The property - not so much. As soon as you open the door, the smell of mildew and urine hits your nose. There was no shampoo/conditioner. The apartment "living room" was tiny, and if you were to put up the clothes hanger to dry your laundry - you either could not stay in the living room, or could not get through the kitchen...

"Fantastisk beliggenhed. Lidt trælse trapper, hvis man ikke går godt. Lejligheden er slidt og der kunne godt ordnes nogle ting. Bl.a. er vandhanen i køkkenet løs, hvilket vi sagde første dag men den blev ikke lavet mens vi var der. Alt i alt var vi tilfredse med ferielejligheden."
