I stayed at the property with my parents for 5 nights and we absolutely loved it - the villa is amazing and the jacuzzi is a great addition! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Well-appointed home in the mountains above Nice. The host was very nice and helpful, and the property has all the amenities needed to relax on vacation. Many “jacuzzis” in Europe are just bird baths that don’t get hot, but this house has a real hot tub that reaches 40 deg C. The kitchen and BBQ were great and the local supermarket had lots of fresh ingredients to work with. We would definitely visit again.

The house has a wonderful view across The Valley. It takes around 30 min to get to Nizza. It was a nice option to chill after a trip to Nizza or enjoy it the whole day without getting bored. No one was annoyed by us while parting.

The property is beautifully perched on the top of a hill overlooking the town of st. Martin du var. The house is designed with the view in mind, facing west you get incredible sunsets sitting in the pool or hot tub. Everything was clean and new and worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Villa is in a beautiful spot with amazing views of the mountains. It is modern with efficient air con and great kitchen. The bbq works faultlessly too. Hot tub and pool both excellent and very clean. Only comments would be the beds are soft - one in particular is very soft - and the road up to the property is quite tricky and very narrow. Smaller the car the better!! But overall a lovely stay and very helpful hosts.

We travelled as a family of five adults. From finding the property to leaving everything was perfect. One of us is a wheelchair user and the property is completely accessible with zero steps. It’s about 30 minutes to Nice, 50 minutes to Monaco and there are lots of little towns to explore! I would definitely recommend a trip up to Le Broc. You need a car to get about easily but the walk down to the bakery each morning was a good way to get the steps in and fresh breakfast supplies before lazing by the pool. The balcony has sun all day and the sunsets across the mountains are magical. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen! Die Villa hat einen schönen Blick in die Berge, im Ort (15 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es einen tollen Bäcker und einen großen Supermerkt und nach Nizza braucht man ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder…

Zeer mooi huis die luxe uitademt. Fijne bedden. Adembenemend uitzicht. Goed geoutilleerde keuken. Dit huis ligt zeer afgelegen waardoor je geen last hebt van buren of lawaai uit de omgeving. De host is fantastisch. Doordat er een mankement was met de airco bood zij alle mogelijke hulp om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Echt heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een absolute aanrader deze plek!
