Property was very clean and had everything needed. Instructions were clear and easy follow. Location is great - close to promenade, coffee, and quick walk to Old Town and the train station and tram

Stayed at the studio apartment for 9 days in May. The property is just as described. Quite small but very clean and functional. The location is superb, right next to Negresco Hotel. Supermarkets, restaurants and shopping nearby. The agent was very responsive and provided clear instructions on getting the key. Would stay there again.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, beste Lage. Nur die Terrasse haben wir nicht genutzt, gelegentlich etwas unangenehmer Geruch. Aber im Zimmer mit Klimaanlage war es sowieso viel schöner und es guckt uns niemand auf den Teller. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien situé dans un immeuble curieusement agencé de l'intérieur. D'un côté, il y a la promenade des Anglais, de l'autre côté des commerces ( supermarchés, boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie,...). Très bien installé, avec la terrasse pour les repas. Un plus : les serviettes, draps, papier WC et produits ménagers. Cependant, il serait bien d'avoir une passoire et une cuillère en bois pour la cuisine, et un balai.

Great location and value

We stayed for two weeks at this lovely, clean, well appointed studio apartment with a good sized terrace. The location is excellent on the Promenade and very handy to grocery stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. The property managers were extremely helpful.
