L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos. La récupération des clés un samedi se fait sans difficulté. Outre sa situation très bien placé à 2 pas de la gare et des transports, il bénéficie de tous les aménagements pour une famille de 3 enfants dont 1 bébé. Vivement recommandé

Panel under køkkenbordet er løs og vanskeliggør åbning af opvaskemaskinen. Badget ved nøglerne kunne ikke åbne til affaldskælderen. Begge dele var åbenbart kendt og burde være rettet. Mindre fejl var løst toiletsæde, løse skinner på gulvet.

Pokud nehledáte hotelové služby: snídaně, večeře, úklid pak je toto ubytování dobrou volbou. Jedná se o prostorný byt kde se pohodlně ubytuje 4-6 lidí po dvou ve 3 pokojích. Ubytování je dobře vybaveno a drobnosti jde prominout. Jestliže rádi cestujete po azurovém pobřeží je umístění bytu dobrá volba poblíž nádraží, ale pořád v dosahu 10-12 min k moři. velkou výhodou je fajn velká terasa pro posezení ráno u snídaně či večer při večeři a stolních hrách. Základní nedostatek je wifi= 0 signál.

Four of us spent 7 nights and we were very pleased with our accommodation. There was plenty of space. clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we had a lovely balcony. The apartment was also in a convenient location. Only downside was the WiFi proving to be very unsatisfactory and unreliable. We had to pay 39.20 for this service which we are following up and hope it will be resolved to our satisfaction.

We stayed here whilst visiting Monaco for the Historique. Apartment was perfect location for the train station and easy access from the tram stops. Apartment was clean and ideal for 4 adults. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was modern.

Cet appartement correspondait globalement à nos attentes. Près du centre de Nice et de la plage. Nous aurions toutefois apprécié qu'un guide d'utilisation du micro-ondes soit mis à disposition et que les casseroles et poêles mises à disposition ne soit pas uniquement composée d'ustensiles pour très grande famille. Les lots de serviettes mises à disposition pour 4 personnes étaient vraiment justes (2 grandes serviettes et 2 petites). Nous avons également regretté de trouver de la vaisselle sale.

Lägenheten låg bra till för oss, perfekt för denna årstid och för att hälsa på vänner. Köket hade det mesta. Sängarna var ok för oss, lakan o täcken fanns. Bra värde för pengarna. Några lampor som inte fungerade och läckande kranar men vi är nöjda. Kändes säkert o barnen kunde gå ut själva o köpa morgonbaguetten.

Hyvällä sijannilla oleva keskitasoinen huoneisto. Kävellen rautatieasemalle 5 min, rannalle 10 min ja vanhaan kaupunkiin 20 min. Useita kauppoja ja ravintoloita vieressä. Huoneistossa oli hyvä tasoinen keittiö ja kodikas olohuone, makuuhuoneiden osalta kaipasi päivitystä. Kylpyhuone jossa pesukone sekä erillinen, erittäin pieni wc jossa ei ollut lavuaaria! Mukavasti kalustettu terassi, johon paistaa ilta-aurinko. Liikenteen äänet ei juurikaan kuuluneet asuntoon, Rappukäytävä oli remontissa.
