(+) TrĂšs bonne situation gĂ©nĂ©rale de La-colle-sur-loup sur la CĂŽte d'Azur, avec beaucoup de belles choses Ă  voir / faire Ă  moins d'une heure de route (Cannes, Menton, Eze, randonnĂ©es, villages mĂ©diĂ©vaux, etc. etc.). (+) IdĂ©al si l'on cherche un endroit un peu Ă  l'Ă©cart de la foule sur le bord de mer, tout en restant Ă  proximitĂ© (10-15 min de la plage en voiture). (+) Jolie location neuve, bien agencĂ©e. (+) Terrasse, orientĂ©e nord, ce qui permet de rester au frais en pleine heure du midi. (+) Vue agrĂ©able depuis la location et la terrasse. (+) Location bien Ă©quipĂ©e. (+) PropriĂ©taires sympathiques. (-) Le lit est un peu juste en longueur (190cm) (-) Les emplacements de parking de la propriĂ©tĂ© sont juste devant la location, occasionnant des passages obligĂ©s qui peuvent parfois (le week-end) lĂ©gĂšrement gĂȘner l'intimitĂ© du sĂ©jour. (-) Frigidaire un peu petit (format mini-bar).
