Close to everything
The apartment has an authentic French feel. Quite roomy and private. But most of all close to everything. The promenade is just a few minutes away as are restaurants and other services if you want to cook with the great facilities in the apartment. The best flee market in southern France is around the corner too, on Mondays. Stay as long as you can. Altogether a wonderful stay. Thanks Joel

Outstanding Location
The apartment is situated on a narrow 'ruelle', elevated from the main part of the old town. And this is why it is perfect; the street is so narrow and so steep that there are no vehicles of any kind passing by, nor any commerce. It is a little oasis, perfectly quiet. A hundred metres away though and you have an outstanding range of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, and of course the Promenade des Anglais, probably less than five minutes away, along with the Marche aux Fleurs. The flat is perfect for a solo traveller or a couple, the bed is huge. Everything you would need is there in terms of cooking facilities, although you need a little experience perhaps in using an induction hob! [It's fine, it was just new to me!] There's a lovely view of a little garden opposite and it's great to sit and have a drink by the open window. I genuinely managed to chill out here, and all of the many attractions are close at hand. Perfect.

Great little apartment in wonderful Nice
Myself and my husband spent 9 days in Nice. Joel's apartment in the Old Town was relatively easy to find once we'd got our bearings in the myriad of little streets. Self check in was easy! The apartment had everything we could have needed if we'd wanted to cook and eat in - but we didn't! No air conditioning meant it got pretty hot inside during the day but the portable fans ensured we slept comfortably. The shower space is tiny and it's impossible to avoid hitting off the shower curtain! Plenty of lovely white towels! A bottle of water and a cold beer in the fridge to welcome us! A major downside is the number of steps in the street leading up to the apartment and also the very steep steps inside the building. Exhausting but we now have calves of steel! Nice is wonderful and we'd have loved to stay on longer.

Gorgeous Apartment with everything you will need, and more. Great location near the Market, Sea and Old Town. The only small criticism we havewas the some of the floor tiles need repairing in places, as the edges could be quite sharp. Otherwise perfect & we would definitely return. Thank you so much Joel

We were very pleased with the size of the apartment compared to the internet photos, it is roomy and very easy to access the old town and the beach is 5 minute walk. The apartment has everything you need in terms of cutlery and also plenty of towels and bed linen , a wardrobe cupboard and drawers in the living area for storage , excellent shower, and kitchen has everything !! The shutters help with keeping the apartment cool , and letting the air in . we have no problem to recommend to other guests, however if you are elderly or struggle with stairs, the staircase is very very steep and narrow and you may need assistance to negotiate the stairs, A great week holiday in Nice , with everything on your doorstep and Josie was very helpful and pleasant with our stay , all went like clockwork !! we stayed 01 October for 7 nights ....Monsieur Clements

Fantastic time
The property was without fault and we had all the provision for a satisfactory holiday that we could wish for ,but as the weather was so hot the provision of an air condition unit would be a distinct advantage rather than just a fan . The décor was delightful and would love to return next year .Nice is a fantastic City with beautiful people and this apartment was the perfect base for us
