The apartment had a wonderful location, easily accessing the old town, the promenade, and a multitude of restaurants. The apartment was very well done with a beautiful terrace which was perfect for a glass of wine after a full day of sightseeing. As noted in another review, the apartment is 95 steps from the street level to the door to the apartment, no lift. With luggage this is quite a workout.

Beautiful apartment in Vieux Nice!

Our family of three had a wonderful stay at Gaelle's apartment in Vieux Nice for our summer holiday. Communication with the property managers, Boris and Jerome was excellent and we felt well prepared for our stay and the process for check in and check out. We loved all of the modern amenities and decor of the apartment, and enjoyed the outdoor terrace with views of Nice. Our son also enjoyed all of the toys and books in the apartment. As the name says, this is 'Ze perfect place!'

Special Place

Incredible two bedroom apartment in a super old building. The apartment itself has been fully updated inside, so you get the benefits of old architecture in a great location, with modern facilities inside. Includes A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. Our absolute favorite part (aside from the location) was the quaint outside balcony that we loved having our morning coffee and breakfast on. Communications with the owner was stellar, he was responsive on WhatsApp within minutes. Only warning: no elevator in building, so you will be climbing 100+ stairs (5 flights) to get to the top. Also, the stairs inside to the master bedroom are very steep. If you are older or not great on your feet, this might not be the best place for you. But if you can handle some stairs, don't miss the chance to stay here - it was amazing!
