  • Comfortable villa with sea view in a charming small family estate with caretaker.
    A large swimming pool (22m x 12.5m), a swimming pool for toddlers (5m x 5m), a tennis court and a pétanque court are available to people residing in the area.
    The place is 15 minutes from Nice airport, 5 minutes by car from the polygon shopping center, the sea and 1 km from the village.

Ein wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren 14 Tage Gast in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit seinem großen Garten. Maximilien ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und unheimlich bemüht es seinen Gästen recht zu machen. Im Haus selbst hat alles prima funktioniert sodass wir keinerlei Grund zu Klagen hatten. Der zur Domain gehörende Pool war sehr sauber und der kleine Wald war für kleine Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund perfekt. Rundum ein erholsamer perfekter Ort um Urlaub zu machen.

Tout est dit dans le descriptif !

L'accueil de Maximilien fut très chaleureux, nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de parler avec un ami. Bien que n'étant pas sur place, Maximilien a su répondre à toutes nos questions durant notre séjour. La bastide, idéalement située, a su conserver tout son cachet, et les rénovations faites, n'ont fait que la sublimer. Quel plaisir de manger sur la terrasse, à l'ombre des pins tout en voyant la mer ! Nous avons aussi fortement apprécié l'immense piscine et et le terrain de tennis. Bien que partagé, ces équipements ne sont que faiblement utilisé en journée par les autres résidents. En résumé, nous avons passé une quinzaine formidable entre la mer et l'arrière pays magnifiques.

Maison familiale ideale

Cadre idyllique et idéal pour des vacances en famille. Magnifique vue sur la baie depuis le beau jardin de cette superbe maison. Equipement top de la maison: grande terrasse, chaises longues, ventilos dans chaque chambre, ballon, badminton, pétanque, box, TV grand écran. Piscine commune très agréable et très bien entretenue a proximité immédiate parfaite pour nager ou batifoler avec les enfants. Environnement assez familial et très sympa. Enfin Maximilien a été un hôte particulièrement bienveillant et attentionné (conseils pour les activités dans le coin, bouteille et rafraîchissements disponibles a notre arrivée) d'une extrême gentillesse.

Très bonnes vacances !!

Je confirme, une très jolie et agréable maison, posée sur un jardin plein de verdure. La piscine à quelques mètres, est grande, très bien entretenue et calme. Tous mes échanges avec les autres personnes vivant dans les autres maisons de la résidence ont été fort sympathiques. Olivia nous a gentiment accueillis et a répondu présente à mes quelques questions au cours du séjour. Et Maximilien le propriétaire est très soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. Je recommande pour des vacances reposantes, loin de la foule qui est pourtant à 2 pas de là...

Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus noch einmal buchen. Das Gäste WC könnte einmal renoviert und die Sitzgarnitur im Erdgeschoss einmal erneuert werden. Es könnten mehr Handtücher für 13 Tage vorhanden sein

Great getaway

What an amazing place. The house was clean and well equipped. We stayed with our 4 children and felt right at home. Location is great. Central to the main sites. It was great to have a relaxing place to come back to and use the pool after a long day of site seeing. The owner was also very helpful and the process was easy.

Schöne alte Villa

Wir waren als Familie (3 Kinder mit Hund) und einem befreundeten Paar dort und alles war genau wie gewünscht. Die Villa befindet sich in einer "gated community" und Touristen scheinen eher die Ausnahme zu sein, zumindest ausländische. Der Gemeinschaftspool gleich nebenan ist sauber und gepflegt und der Tennisplatz / Bouleplatz direkt daneben ebenso, beides haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Die ganze Gegend um Villeneuve ist recht dicht besiedelt, deshalb ist die Villa eine Art idyllische Ruheinsel . Der Garten ist super, ziemlich groß, ideal für uns und unseren Hund, mit viel Schatten und subtropischen Pflanzen. Nebenan gibt es ein kleines Wäldchen, z.B. für kleinere Hundespaziergänge. Die Villa selbst ist sehr schön, wir waren aber fast nur zum Schlafen drinnen ... Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auf der Terrasse weht ein angenehmes Lüftchen, das Meer funkelt am Horizont, ein Grill steht zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war superfreundlich, er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auf Anfragen immer sofort reagiert, auch wenn er zu der Zeit gerade in Paris weilte und eine Freundin alles vor Ort abwickelte, ebenfalls sehr nett und kooperativ. Alles in allem hatten wir eine traumhaft schöne Zeit in Villeneuve-Loubet und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass man für alle Aktivitäten ein Auto braucht. Wer das akzeptiert, der kann sich auf einen sehr schönen Urlaub freuen :)

Holiday with 4 adults and 2 small children. Everything about staying here was easy. The property was spotless. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Parking is on site and right next to the door. It is within a safe, gated community. The pool and tennis court are also right next to the big fenced yard. It is a short drive to get anywhere, but we knew that when booking so we were happy with that. Because it isn’t in the middle of town, this property is very quiet. The best grocery (casino geant) is a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk. This home is central to everything you will want to see & do.

Tolle Aussicht,tolle Anlage,tolle Lage und ganz netter Vermieter

Der Reservierungsverlauf war problemlos. Die Anlage war leicht zu finden und die Schlüssel übergabe verlief wie abgesprochen. Das Haus ist sehr groß,viel Platz und die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Die Bäder und Böden sind neu renoviert worden mit viel Geschmack. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Man kommt an und der Urlaub geht los. Wir empfehlen diese Villa und den Vermieter sehr gerne weiter und werden gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Tolles Schwimmbad,Tennisplatz und bouleplatz. Vielen Dank an Herr Muller.

Lovely stay

The house is spacious with a number of terraces. As it is located on the top of a hill, in the shade of big threes, it keeps a nice temperature even when it´s a lot of sun. In the heat we particularly enjoyed the pool. With regard to practical matters, Maxmillien was nice and helpful :-)
