Welcome to our cozy completely updated, one- bedroom efficiency apartment, Drop Anchor, in the gorgeous marina in Bluewater Bay next to LJ Schooner’s restaurant and bar!
This cozy apartment is ideal for a single person or couple looking for some true R &R. The location couldn't be better, being situated right by the restaurant/bar. You can walk down to the marina and watch the sunset or just enjoy it from your private balcony. Stroll, run or bike down the sidewalks that run throughout the entire community of Bluewater Bay. Bluewater Bay is a community filled with quiet neighborhoods, tennis center, golf course and pools. This exclusive and quiet community is second to none! Enjoy the peace and quiet while still being only 15 minutes away from everything Destin.
This cozy one bedroom efficiency apartment features 1 bed / 1 bath, and is located in Bluewater Bay Niceville, Fl ! Situated right next to the marina and restaurant.
Drop Anchor is a beautifully appointed, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Efficiency Apartment. Bedroom includes 1Queen bed, a comfy chair, kitchenette area with two barstools. Our home is, very clean and exceptionally situated. We’ve thought out all the details to make your stay memorable….high speed wifi internet, flat screen TV, high-definition cable, hair dryer in bathroom and much more.
There is also a community pool just a short 5 minute walk down sidewalk or a 2 minute drive. This pool is open year round from 6am to 9 pm and heated to 82 degrees. Pool passes will have to be purchased in advance. Please let us know if you plan to use the pool and we will purchase passes for your stay.

Perfection!!

The property was amazing. Super cute and very clean. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors even nicer. Amazing views as well. The host was outstanding. Easy to communicate with, very responsive, and provided a lot of helpful information about the area. I would totally recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area.

This is the one to choose

You want a relaxing place to stay? You will be so happy you made this reservation. Perfect spot across from Destin, close to bridge. After spending the day at the beach with the crowd, head on over to Drop anchor & enjoy the peace and quiet on the bay. It sits overlooking the marina with spectacular views. There is a restaurant right next door. Wendy was so attentive. We have never been taken care of so well. I was sad to leave & can’t wait to go back, and believe me, we will!!!!
