"The location is nice, but not worth the high price, the space is too small for cooking a meal and there is not table to sit, so it’s a glorified hotel sweet. They will be watching and if you have one extra person to visit you will receive a threat of getting removed from the property. I live in Chicago and come back to the area to spend time with my nieces and nephews, it was a bummer I had to drop one off just to be able to spend time with there others. I would only recommend this spot for...

Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center

10/10 Excellent

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at the Hyatt Regency Coralville! We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Coralville! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The location is fantastic, especially with easy access to the Iowa River Landing area, restaurants, and everything around Coralville and Iowa City. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the entire property felt modern and inviting. Great service, great location, and a great overall experience. I would absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency Coralville again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Iowa City/Coralville area!"

Quality Inn Coralville - Iowa River Landing

8/10 Good

"Since it was just me traveling, it was okay. I made due with what I had. I didn’t have the breakfast since my appointments that I was in town for said not to eat. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable for me (I have a bad back, firm bed was good for me, pillows were pretty good too for my neck), the refrigerator was left open before I got there (looked like it had been defrosted). The bathroom was really small, to use the toilet I had to step completely in the bathroom almost to other wall to shut the door. I went to run bath water and the top of the tub plug was missing so I couldn’t tell if it was water flow or stopped. Staff was helpful, the front desk person came and looked at the tub when I couldn’t get the water to drain (even after removing the mechanism from the drain). I thought the shower water pressure was awesome! The TV only had about 20 channels, the guide book on the desk was outdated and those channels listed there weren’t valid. Besides those few things, not a bad experience just some things need updating. For 1 person for a night or two, the price was right and it worked for me."
