"The direction to the parking lot address would not come up on our GPS system! Only thing that saved us was the owner sending us a photo of the gate! The patio was not fit to even go on Dirty clothes ( not ours) in the washing machine! The couch not what was shown I the pictures- terrible- the whole unit was not cleaned very well- hair in Bathroom on bed! Over all experience and what we paid for this accommodation was terrible! "Great property with friendly and helpful staff, very well located near the beach and in a peaceful area. It is a very big property and spotless clean everywhere, including the rooms, congrats to the efficiency of the cleaning team! The food in the buffet restaurants was good overall, with a nice variety but what I did not like was the noise, the crowds and the stress of the other guests in the restaurants during mealtime and the long lines sometimes to get a drink at the bar. Kids facilities and activities are great, my kids had a lot of fun (9 and 12 years old). Overall, I had a great experience!"
